Delivery Times & Costs
Delivery times and costs vary based on your location. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times:

Note: Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500 within India.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- Custom orders may require 2-3 additional days
- We prepare chocolates fresh to order for maximum quality
Packaging & Temperature Control
Our chocolates are carefully packaged with insulated materials and ice packs to maintain optimal temperature during transit. Each box is sealed to preserve freshness and prevent damage.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time through our courier partner's website.
