Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product quality does not match description
  • Order was not delivered within the promised timeframe

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include photos if the product is damaged or defective
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging
  6. Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • Perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods (chocolates, food items) after 24 hours of delivery
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Timeline

  • Request Review: 24-48 hours
  • Return Shipping: 5-7 business days (customer responsibility)
  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receipt
  • Refund Processing: 7-10 business days to original payment method

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
